Longitudinal tear protection device

The longitudinal tear protection device is used to detect the conveyor belt itself. When there is a sharp object on the conveyor, it will automatically alarm and stop the emergency when the conveyor belt is torn from the middle.

Deviation switch

The deviation switch is a protection device used to detect the deviation and degree of distortion of the conveyor belt, which can prevent the edge damage and material spilling caused by the deviation of the conveyor belt, and realize automatic alarm and shutdown. An alarm signal will be issued when a slight deviation occurs, and the action will be delayed when a severe deviation occurs, an alarm will be issued and the machine will automatically stop. Deviation switches are generally installed at the head, tail, middle and required detection points of the belt conveyor.

Rope switch

The rope pull switch is a protective device for emergency stop of the conveyor. When an emergency occurs, the rope can be pulled anywhere on the scene to send an alarm signal, and then self-lock and shut down. Rope switches are generally installed on both sides of the conveyor frame every 60m.

Chute anti-blocking switch

The chute anti-blocking switch is used to monitor the chute blockage of the belt conveyor system. When a blockage is formed in the chute, an alarm will be automatically issued and an emergency shutdown will occur.

Slip detection device

The slip monitoring device is used to monitor the linear speed difference between the shaft belt and the drive roller and the conveyor belt, and can send out an alarm signal to realize the automatic tensioning of the conveyor belt and normal shutdown.

Overspeed detection device

The overspeed detection device is used for the downward transportation or downward transportation conditions of the conveyor. When the conveyor belt speed reaches 115%-125% of the specified belt speed, an alarm and an emergency stop will be issued.

Pile coal sensor

It conducts through the two electrodes, reacts the coal level to the protection device through the lead, and monitors the coal level of the coal bunker or coal hopper. It can automatically cut off the power supply of the belt conveyor when the bunker is full or the head is piling up coal to achieve full coal. protect.

Emergency stop protection

The control panel of each controller and the belt are equipped with a pull cord emergency stop switch, which is used for fault emergency stop protection.

Over temperature protection

The temperature sensor is used to monitor the bearing temperature of the belt conveyor or the temperature of other parts or the ambient temperature. When the temperature of the monitoring point exceeds the set value, the controller can automatically cut off the power supply of the belt conveyor to achieve over-temperature protection, and start the sprinkler at the same time to cool down.

Smoke sensor

When the smoke sensor detects that there is smoke from the belt or coal, the controller realizes the shutdown protection and starts the sprinkler and dust suppression device
