What is conveyor line?

Therefore, all product parts transported during production need to be installed in pallets with barcode to enter the conveyor line system.

At the entrance of the conveyor line, the operator needs to scan the QR code of the pallet and input it into the production system. The production management system will generate instructions for the pallet according to the obtained barcode to complete the delivery of materials.

Common faults and solutions of conveyor line

During the operation of the conveyor line, the most common fault is the deviation of the conveyor belt. There are many reasons for the deviation of the conveyor belt, and the following will be analyzed from the causes and solutions.

  • Check the position of the transported materials on the conveyor belt. If the materials are not in the center of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will run off. Before operation, center the material on the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the occurrence of such problems, we can appropriately increase the baffle plate and change the direction and position of materials.
  • Check whether the head and tail frame mounting bearing seats are on the same plane. Head drum adjustment: if the conveyor belt deviates to the right side of the drum, the bearing on the right side of the drum shall move forward or the bearing seat on the left side shall move backward;
  • Check the misalignment between the transverse centerline of the idler and the longitudinal centerline of the belt conveyor.

The conveyor line may slip during production. How to deal with these problems:

  • The roller bearing will not run due to the accumulation of dust, so it needs to be repaired and replaced in time
  • When the conveyor belt leaves the drum, the tension is not enough, which will cause the conveyor belt to slip. Adjust the tensioning device and increase the tension;
  • The friction between the pulley driven by the conveyor and the conveyor belt is not enough to cause slipping.
  • The recheck of the conveyor belt in the food conveying line is too large, which exceeds the load capacity of the motor, causing slipping. At this time, it is necessary to reduce the weight of transported materials appropriately
  • Slipping caused by too fast startup speed. Should start slowly

How to maintain the conveyor line?

  • When the conveyor line is in use, ensure that the load is within the conveying range. If the material exceeds the load, it will affect the operation of the entire conveyor line
  • The drum shall be determined according to the boring weight on the conveyor line and other factors
  • Determine the range of anti-static coefficient before determining the transmission line scheme
