The chute structure of the scraper conveyor is a semi-open closed structure. This structure can effectively protect the internal structure of the scraper conveyor, prevent the material from being scattered, make the transportation process more stable, and at the same time, it can reduce the transportation environment. The corrosion of the structure of the scraper caused by factors such as oil, water and other factors. The chute structure of the scraper conveyor body allows materials to be loaded from any part of the semi-open structure, which provides convenience for material transportation on the conveyor line.

The unloading of materials in the scraper conveyor is mainly carried out through the head of the scraper conveyor. Guided by the sprocket, half drum and other structures, the material of the scraper conveyor can be unloaded autonomously at the head. For some special-structured scraper conveyors such as scraper transfer machines, it is also possible to carry out more convenient adjustment and control when the materials are unloaded.

Pay attention to the following points when using the scraper conveyor:

(1) When using the scraper conveyor, it is strictly forbidden to connect belts of different types and specifications together.

(2) To prevent folding and squeezing hard objects during use, they should be picked up and used.

(3) The direction of conveying materials and the speed of falling materials are consistent with the direction and speed of the belt.

(4) Before use, the empty machine should generally be started to avoid overloading the motor and slipping of the conveyor belt. Before stopping, all materials on the belt should be removed.

(5) When in use, the tension should not be too large, and it should work with ultra-small tension under the premise that it does not slip with the driving roller and the material does not transition.

(6) During the conveying process of the scraper conveyor, the belt should not deviate or bend, and should be adjusted in time.

(7) When slipping or immobilization occurs during use, the fault should be eliminated in time, and the tensioning system should be adjusted to keep the tensioning device flexible.
