Non-standard automation equipment development process

Equipment development process

(1). Determine the development project and understand customer needs

1. Product quality requirements

2. Equipment production efficiency requirements

3. Equipment working environment

(2). Analyze products

1. Understand the production process of the product

2. Understand the size requirements and incoming materials in all aspects of the product

3. Communicate with customers about the matters needing attention in the production process

4. Technical parameters of the place where the equipment is used

(3) Draw up the plan

The engineering personnel discuss and analyze the equipment plan, which includes:

1. Equipment schematic diagram (overall schematic diagram, partial schematic diagram)

2. Introduction to each part of the organization

3. Action description

4. Equipment technical parameters

(4)Plan review

An audit team is formed by engineering personnel to review the plan. The audit content includes:

1. Equipment feasibility assessment

2. Equipment cost assessment

3. Evaluation of equipment production efficiency

4. Feasibility assessment of each part

(5) Plan rectification

Rectify the problems discussed in the program review.

(6)The customer determines the design plan)

The design plan is handed over to the customer, and the customer finalizes the plan according to the needs.

(7)Design and development

The engineering department arranges engineers to carry out structural design, make machine assembly drawings, parts drawings (parts marked according to national standards), select executive components, electronic control accessories, and list the processing parts list, standard parts requisitions, and operation instructions.

(8)Institutional review

An audit team is composed of engineering personnel to audit the designed drawings. The audit content includes:

1.Whether the structure of the machine is reasonable: functionality (ability and precision), stability, safety, humanization (convenience of operation) and appearance.

2. Whether the production efficiency of the designed machine meets customer needs.

3. Machine cost.

4. Each part of the organization should be simple and easy to debug and maintain.

5. All parts should be as simple and easy to process as possible.

6. Whether the selection of each actuator is reasonable.

(9).Parts processing and standard parts procurement

1. The part drawing of the part processing department is used for machine parts processing (parts processing must be processed strictly in accordance with the part accuracy and processing technology shown on the part drawing to ensure the accuracy of the parts and the part processing technology).

2. Purchasing personnel contact the supplier to purchase standard parts according to the standard parts list

(10). Inspection and storage of processed parts and standard parts;

Inspectors inspect the dimensional accuracy of the processed parts, the processing technology, the model and installation dimensions of the standard parts according to the parts drawing and the list of standard parts, and the warehouse management personnel will put them in the warehouse after passing the inspection.

(11). Machine assembly

1. The assembly department arranges personnel to assemble and debug the machine, and the assembler will collect the processed parts and standard parts in the warehouse according to the list of processed parts and standard parts.

2. Assemblers strictly follow the assembly drawings to assemble the machine:

a). Are all parts and actuators assembled correctly?

b). All moving parts move smoothly without interference

c). All fasteners and joints are connected to ensure that they are fastened in place and the connection is reliable

3. The Industrial Control Department arranges electrical engineers to perform machine power distribution, machine programming and debugging in accordance with the operation manual. |

(12). Machine debugging

The assembler will debug the machine in accordance with the product engineering drawings provided by the customer, make a sample after the commissioning is completed, and hand it to the customer to determine the product quality

(13)packaging and shipping

1. Check all fasteners and joint connections to ensure that they are fastened in place and the connection is reliable

2. Clean the surface of the equipment and paste the necessary signs and signs

3. Indicate the location of the split, straighten out the split pipe line, and reasonably split the equipment’

4. Necessary protection (anti-rust, moisture-proof) measures.

5. Prepare machine spare parts, operating instructions, wiring diagrams and other technical data.
