Before starting the operation of the conveying equipment assembly line, first confirm that the conveying equipment, operators, and items to be conveyed are in good condition. Secondly, check that all moving parts are normal and free of foreign matter, and check whether all electrical circuits are normal. Only when the conveying equipment is normal can the conveying equipment be started and put into operation. In use, it is necessary to insist that the difference between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage of the equipment does not exceed plus or minus 5%. The following operations must be carried out when the transmission equipment is put into operation:
1.Turn on the main power switch, check whether the power supply of the conveying equipment is normally fed in and whether the power indicator is on, and then proceed to the next step after it is normal.
2.Close the power switch of each circuit to check whether it is normal. Under normal conditions, the equipment is not operating, the operation indicator of the conveying equipment is not bright, the power indicator of the inverter and other equipment is on, and the display panel of the inverter is normal (no fault code display) ).
3. Start the electrical equipment in sequence according to the process flow. After the previous electrical equipment starts normally (the motor or other equipment has reached the normal speed and normal state), then the next electrical equipment is started.
