Types of the feeders

  • Basic feeder:its structural form is down vibration type, which is used for feeding without special requirements.
  • Upper vibration mode: its structural form is the upper vibration type. The electromagnetic vibrator is installed above the feed chute in the direction opposite to the basic mode. It is used for installation when the configuration space is insufficient. Others are the same as the corresponding basic mode.
  • Closed feeder: suitable for fragile particles, large dust and volatile materials to prevent dust pollution.
  • Light tank feeder: suitable for light materials with small bulk density.
  • Flat trough feeder: suitable for uniform feeding of thin material layer, and can be used for batching (such as coal blending).
  • Wide trough feeder: suitable for coal preparation and feeding to screening equipment.
