Bulk ship loading equipment is a large bulk cargo machinery, which is always used for the dock loading. The ship loader is generally composed of boom belt conveyor, telescopic chute, gantry, tower and other devices, which are electrically driven.

Mobile bulk cargo loader :

The position of the boom is lower,and it can flexibly expand and retract in vertical and horizontal form to approach the warehouse opening, so as to reduce the emission of dust and reduce the free falling height of material. The requirements of boom position is low,which can effectively reduce the material lifting demand and help save cost.

What are the working processes of the ship loader?

The work of bulk ship loading equipment can be divided into pre work, in work and post work.

Pre work:

Turn on the working power supply to ensure that the power supply is closed.

Check and confirm the safety condition of the machine to be operated, and operate it after confirmation.

Check the rotating and pitching devices, and contact the rotating and pitching anchoring devices after confirmation.

Check the telescopic mechanism, operate the pitch controller to make the boom at a certain tilt angle, make sure that the telescopic mechanism has no natural slip, and then raise the boom to a position parallel to the ground.

Turn on the switch of the electrical controller on the ship loader to ensure that the indicator light on the console is correct.

When the above preparations are correct, it can be determined that the operation of the bulk ship loading equipment enters the next stage.

in work:

Start the motor step by step without high-grade starting.

Confirm the total amount of equipment created in this operation.

According to the “start-up notice” button, remind the ship and passers-by around the ship loader of the operation plan of the machine, operate the rotation master controller to swing the boom to the right above the ship, operate the pitching master controller to lower the boom to an appropriate height to make the machine in working state, and after confirming that the non working state light on the console is off, turn the ready knob to the right to inform the central control that the machine is ready to start the loading process.

Press the start button and the central control will start the process of shipment.

In the process of loading, operators need to observe the operation at all times and deal with the situation in time;

When the funnel and chute are blocked, it is necessary to stop the bulk ship loading equipment immediately for troubleshooting.

After loading a cabin or a barge, first press the gate closing button, then press the cabin change button, notify the central control room to change the cabin, and then raise the boom to an appropriate height.

When the bulk ship loading equipment is running, it is necessary to keep a safe distance between the telescopic chute and the materials in the ship, and adjust the loading position of materials at any time.

When the loading is completed and the operation is stopped, the materials in the cabin need to be cleaned in time;

post work:

Swing the boom to a position parallel to the ground, turn left to the shore, retract the telescopic mechanism to the rear limit, reset the “ready” knob, and then close the console to end the operation.

Turn off the main power switch before leaving the aircraft.

What are the risks of the loading machine?

 handling and production problems:

Workers enter the dangerous area of machine walking. Before the operation of the machine, clean the equipment, vehicles and personnel that affect the walking of the machine.

Ensure that the audible and visual alarm device of the ship loader is in normal working state.

During the operation of the machine, prevent personnel from approaching the dangerous area of the machine.

Personnel are close to the rotating parts in operation. Cleaning and maintenance must be carried out when the ship loader is out of operation.

In the running state, the staff need to keep a certain distance from the running part to ensure the safety of the staff.

Abnormal temperature rise of rotating parts after operation; After shutdown, patrol regularly and on the whole point to clean the rotating parts.

cable unwinding:

The cable releasing platform is slippery and has obstacles. Anti skid measures shall be taken for the platform with cable release before operation.

Operators who take off the cable shall wear anti-skid equipment.

The cable is broken. Workers need to wear relevant safety equipment, and other personnel need to stay away from the cable range during operation.
